Hi, I’m Kath. I’m a mum of three and perinatal physiotherapist.
I don’t just understand the ups and downs of pregnancy, the challenges of birth, or the haze of the newborn bubble. I’ve lived the experience!
And I know all too well that a lack of information on how to prepare and recover from birth isn’t the problem.
