How many appointments do I need?

During the first appointment, once we have determined your needs and goals we will discuss a recommended schedule and any suggested further appointments based on your needs and goals.

After your appointment, you will receive an itemised receipt that you can submit to your private health insurer to claim back for physio extras (depending on your level of cover).

Upon completion of this payment form you agree to book your appointment via the booking system that will be emailed to you upon completion of this form. 

When you are not able to find a suitable appointment time listed, you are able to email [email protected] to discuss alternative appointment times that may be available.  Physio Kath will attempt to determine a suitable time for both parties for an appointment time.  If a suitable time is not possible, Physio Kath will reimburse your payment.

After the appointment has occurred, you will be emailed an itemised receipt which you can present to your private health insurers.  Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that your private health insurer covers Physio Extras including billable item T811.
